I spent 2 years with Marsh and Parsons as a landlord and I hope no one has to deal with them. They have continuously lied to me, from having done inspections (which they had not and eventually when I inspected my property I realised this did not happen), to promising cleaning would be done prior to tenants arriving. Even providing clear instructions in terms of painting the walls in the same colour as before (they painted Grey when the walls were white), My view is if you want your property to become a pig sty with people who don't care, they are the right firm for you, otherwise, move away
Comment on agent fees
More expensive than most yet expect more as a result. Can't believe they win awards.

Dear Ron,
We are a young couple with a toddler renting through them in Notting hill, it has been 4 weeks of hell. Hell.
May I ask you to send me your testimonial by email [email protected] ?
I am seeing a legal
Advisor on Monday.
Also if you have any advice at all
Regarding lawyers.
We are desperate to move out (a rat problem and a stink maybe from dead rats coming from
Under the boiler), and M&P are ignoring us .
Thank you.
Naila.

Truly awful by any standard. They take no responsibility for damage done by contractors they employ and their 'complaints proceedure' is designed to frustrate not help. In desperation I took to social media to complain and was blocked. Avoid this company at any cost...

Dear Sam, I was surprised to see your review and disappointed to hear of your experience with M&P. As the Director of Notting Hill Lettings I would be very keen to discuss any issues you have experienced and look to get them resolved. I am not aware of any of the issues you reference above. Please feel free to contact me on [email protected] with the property address and I will be in touch immediately. Kind regards, Anna Ambrose Director - Notting Hill ...

Dear Andrew, I have read your comment with interest and spoken to both the Notting Hill office and the Lettings Director to find out more details. I am very surprised to find out they have not received a formal complaint from you – in spite of your obvious unhappiness? Our complaints procedure, as outlined in our terms & conditions, invites all our clients to contact the relevant branch manager. Should the matter remained unresolved, you should write to the Lettings Director, Patri ...
