Excellent to have a one-stop letting and management service local to our property. Shaheed has an excellent manner: competent, friendly (but not pushy), courteous. Past experience of leasing for owner occupiers of ex-local authority flats was a major further plus for us. Very good communications during lettings process.
Comment on agent fees
Very competitive compared to other agencies. Fees structured so you don't see anything from first month's rent, you get about a third of 2nd month's rent, almost all from then on.
