A big thank you to Michelle, Octavia and Richard, all lovely people, who have been great throughout the marketing and selling of our house. They are always very friendly, helpful, punctual on house visits and offered excellent advice on the sale of our house. They did a wonderful job on promoting our house with lots of good photos and full description, resulting in plenty of viewings and a sale. They also did lots of chasing up behind the scenes to make sure the sale went through smoothly. We are very happy with them and thoroughly recommend them.
Comment on agent fees
the price included solicitor and we didn't get any other quotes so can't compare to other agents pricing, We used Bradleys in Taunton previously, we were happy with the company so went straight to them this time
