Having recently sold our house using Village Estates, we would wholeheartedly recommend their service to you. We were particularly impressed by how the whole team took us through the process of selling, which we greatly appreciated as we hadn't moved in 25 years. They were all a pleasure to work with and very happy to offer advice and support when we needed it. Initially we met with Brett to market the property. He was honest about the value and gave us confidence in the service they could offer. Serena always arrived in plenty of time to show prospective buyers around our home, which she did in a very professional way.
Our purchase was 'complicated' which held up the process a little, but each week Liz would phone us and our solicitor to get an update on the progress and would then update our buyer. I think this is the real key to holding everything together. Through good communications, our buyer was patient and held on until everything was in place.
We did consider using an online estate agent but really believe we made the right decision using Village Estates. Although more expensive, the service was excellent. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.
