We went to these agents because we were buying through their Ipswich branch. We found having 2 branches of the same firm dealing with both our sale and purchase was helpful. The service we received was professional, yet friendly. When there was real danger of the chain collapsing Ryan Holmes worked very hard to remedy the situation and succeeded. We felt the staff cared about our situation and were always keen to keep us well informed. Estate agents get bad press but these guys don't deserve that.

£360 for a few references and a credit check. Another £90 for the Inventory check.... i earn that kind of money working 8 hour shifts for 2 weeks... joke!
