From initial property query through to viewing and arranging paperwork, this company and their staff have been very attentive and have explained all aspects of the agreement in detail to ensure understanding. All procedures went through as described and a moving in date was agreed and adhered to with no issues.
Following the move in there has been contact from the agents but this has been to ensure that we have no issues that they can help to sort. I appreciate they are also acting for the owners to ensure that nothing untoward occurs and they have been very polite, professional and courteous at all times. Any safety inspections or checks that needed to be done were done by appointment and have never been un-announced (that is not how I have found they work) and the one or two minor issues we have had, they have arranged to have sorted out appropriately.
We have used other agents previously and can recommend Turner Scott as having the highest level of service available so far.
