I had been signed up to several estate agents when looking for a house, Ryder & dutton being one of them. They were extremely useful in sending me emails with houses that fit the criteria I was looking for. I happened to be the first person to view the property as it had only just been put on the market, I managed to get a second viewing 3 days later & put an offer in before anyone else got to view it. So everything went extremely quick & smooth. I also got my mortgage through Ryder & dutton from Natalia berry who was from another of their shops. She was great & got me a mortgage that was perfect to my situation, as was Lynn Hughes. They always kept me informed about what was going on, which was really good as it was my first time buying a house so I was new to everything. The only thing let it down was I used garrats solicitors who were suggested by Ryder & dutton. I found them useless & felt that they prolonged things unnecessarily. But apart from that everything went great, couldn't be happier with my house. :)
Comment on agent fees
I didn't thing the fees for the mortgage advice were that bad, obviously I would of preferred to not paid them. But for the work and all the stuff Natalia & Lynn did, I was happy to pay them.
