I booked a viewing for a flat with Joanne. It was booked for 5pm today so I left work early to make the appointment. I waited outside the apartment block then rang her. The call was not answered and I had no other number. I rang the bell of the flat after 5 minutes. The resident of the flat let me into the hallway but I waited there for a further 20 minutes for Joanne.
Luckily the flat resident had another number and rang Joanne's colleague who told her to show me the flat then she would ring me in 20 mins to answer any of my questions. No apology was made to me.
Needless to say, I have still not heard from Joanne and her colleague never rang me.
I am so dissapointed with this service, I thought this company was reputable. I would have been paying estate agency fees of over £500 if I had wanted to rent the flat. What for? To not even be met by the agent. To not have an apology. To not be contacted. It's absurd.
Thank you to the lovely resident who showed me the flat. What a waste of my time it could have been. Good luck renting the flat without a reliable and professional estate agent.

Ridiculous. £500+ for 2 people. What for? What do the estate agents do exactly if they don't turn up to appointments or ring clients?
