They didn't do the move-in inventory, saying that there was a fault in their system, but who knows for what reason they didn't do it, but fortunately (for us tenants) this was all at the landlord's damage. Also this Emma kept asking for viewings with little or no notice (after we told her we wouldn't allow less than 24 hours notice any more), until the last week, when we had already moved out - but hadn't returned the keys yet - she did viewings without even asking. They get 2 stars because before the move they were helpful and accommodating, otherwise it would have been 1 star, as the flat was managed by the landlord and the inventory and viewings were literally the only things they had to do

The agent could have returned my emails and phone calls. They could have been more transparent as to why I was charged fees that were ludicrous.
