After having our house on the market for 18 months we moved to Pacitti Jones and sold our house in under 3 weeks!
Pacitti Jones brought a fresh approach to selling our house, they took pictures of our house which did it justice and showcased our house more. I was not of the view that pictures taken by the previous estate agent were bad at all but saw a significant improvement in the ones taken by Pacitti Jones. We had several viewing requests on the day the house was put on the market with Pacitti Jones and I think this was due to the improved pictures but also the location of the office in Stirling - it is a busy street with many people walking passed it into the shops.
There was a real energy from Mikki, she sought feedback promptly and clearly followed up on any enquiries about our house.
The overall selling of our house went smoothly and we had no complaints at all. Would highly recommend Pacitti Jones as an estate agent.
