Not the best customer interface to attract customers and create any type of trust: Jane (later Philip) from the agency, contacted me via the chat - I asked them if two properties advertised on right move are for sale, details etc, all they wanted is my contact details .... but would not say if these properties are genuine for sale, or old adverts (i.e. marketing con) to get a potential buyer details .... basically, from my experience, they just lie and avoid answering a basic question (i.e. is this still for sale), and push for personal details .... Personally, I would not trust this organisation in any capacity to act for me.
