The sale of my mother's flat took a long time to sell because of the surfeit of retirement apartments in Exmouth, but the staff at Bradleys Estate Agency were brilliant, keeping us in touch with viewings, advising us on what price to set, and telling us to be patient and not accept any outrageously low offers. The patience paid off and my mother got a really good price for her flat. Fiona and the other staff in the office were always helpful and their advice was absolutely spot on. We were kept informed of what price other flats in the complex were selling for and I'm glad to say my mother achieved around 30% more than the flats next door to hers. Well done Bradleys!
Comment on agent fees
For the amount of advertising Bradleys did, the number of viewings they arranged, keeping us informed and giving us good advice - I think the fees were very good value.
