I knew from the very beginning that Paul Wallace Cheshunt were the right choice of agent for me they are just brilliant.
Peter is amazing he has been so kind, he's given me great advice along the way and has been so positive and supportive throughout the whole process even at times when he didn't need to be. George and John are so kind, they too were very supportive and encouraging especially during the awful brexit period. They were great doing the viewings, they were detailed and very professional. Joe has been fantastic, with the negotiations and during the stages of processing the sale of my property and my purchase, he looked after me so well and made sure that things were moving accordingly. Joe was put under a lot of pressure from the other parties in the chain but he kept calm and kept things going as smoothly as he could. They constantly communicated with me and have been extremely professional throughout. I did not experience any problems with them.
This has been a very long and tough process for me and could have been very stressful, but with the incredible amount of support from Peter, George, John and Joe from the very beginning to the very end it wasn't as bad as it could have been. I am so grateful to them for all their efforts that they have put in to help me, I could not of done it without them. I would highly recommend them they go above and beyond their call of duty for their clients.
