Awful service. We agreed a purchase through them with an initial agreement that the purchase would be chain free. They told us the sellers agreed to move into temporary accommodation and that the process should take approx 2 months. Three months later we have now found out they never clearly communicated this to the sellers and the process is still dragging on. Very poor communication, we've had to chase every step of the way and every time they keep telling us nearly there only 1 more week only to find out next week that there was some point they didn't tell us about originally that means more time is required. Repeatedly told we'll call you back only to never receive a call and have to chase.
Also massively overvalued property, we had to negotiate very hard and the seller has every right to be just as upset with William H Brown as we are.
