CJ Hole Westbury-on-Trym Branch Team provided the most professional, efficient and successful service of my five house purchases over forty-five years in Bristol.
The Office's extended opening hours and high staffing levels ensured availability and response to Branch visits, 'phone calls and Emails, particularly important as I was absent from Bristol for long periods.
The staff are well-trained, experienced, enthusiastic, friendly and courteous. They are good listeners and reply to queries and comments. They provided helpful and practical advice on presenting my property, and how it related to other properties.
The property was marketed at a realistic price with admirable paper, office and on-line advertising supported by local knowledge. All viewings were accompanied by staff, with follow-up reports on every viewing. They achieved an offer leading to sale in a very short time, despite uncertain times.
Having gained a viable offer, the Team provided continued Sales Progression support until final Completion, by monitoring progress of other parties in my chain, and chasing both Solicitors and other Agents in order to overcome the obstacles and poor communication which commonly afflict the later house purchasing stages.
I have no reservations in recommending CJ Hole.
