On this street there are about 10 different agencies. Now, I am no econony expert, but I would naively expect that with such high competition the customer service would be stellat. Err, no... far from it. Sure we entered as tenants needing to renew the contract so I do understand that on the custumer chain we are at the very bottom. I could get over the absolute cold sholder we were treated to, being interrupted repteadly with a snark 'how may I help' if the service otherwise would not have been appaling. We waited 4 months for a new contract and everytime we called no one knew what the situation is. I won't go over it in detail. But if you're reading this and you want to lend your property, please please, I beg of you take your bussiness elsewhere. There must be agencies in Glasgow which can do bettrer than this.
