We were their clients for 3 years, renting an apartment in London. Although generally helpful, they intentionally omitted to respond to those emails that put them in a delicate position. For instance, at the end of our stay they refused to provide receipts for the monthly payments we had made, despite being repeatedly requested.

After 2 annual contract renewals, we decided to terminate the contract, as with each passing year the clauses in the tenant's favour were limited or even brutally removed, while the sections about the rights of the landlord and the letting agency were ridiculously lengthy in comparison.

Nothing they stipulate in their contracts is ever in the tenant's favour and you have to stand multiple ridiculous charges, incompetence (misspelled names at times) and lack of transparency (not providing proof of payments) at the cost of your own money, time and patience.

From the start they were quick to respond but then ghosted us on the date of the actual viewing. We waited outside for 20-25 minutes just incase, left voicemails and messages but completely ignored. This was with a 3 hour round trip to view the flat....
