Dexters have been providung tenants for me over many years. I have always found them helpful in trying to obtain the correct type of tenants to dovetail my properties. The various staff & managers continue to give their best endeavours to quickly fulfil my needs.
Comment on agent fees
I like that Dexters deduct their fees monthly, this keeps them & I on the ball.
