Robinson & Jackson are in charge of selling a house next door to mine. They have taken a picture of the property on sale but apparently the best angle was include my car on my driveway with a fully visible registration plate. I've asked them on several occasions to remove it and replace it with a new one without my car in the view. They've promised to visit last Sunday and told me specifically when, so I can remove the car for the photo. Guess what? No one turned up and never called. I called them and heard the lady who was supposed to come didn't have any camera on her so she didn't bother! I requested the picture to be removed as it is UNSOLICITED and as far as I'm concerned it is against the Data Protection Act 1998. The new picture was taken on Monday, 15th August. It's Thursday, 18th August today and the old picture is still on. This time story: the secretary was unwell!!! What a pile of rubbish...!! they might have been the Estate Agency Award Winners 2008 and 2009....but since then few things had changed and with this attitude I don't predict a very good future for them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
they should have kept they word and get familiar with the Data Protection Act 1998.Attached Filesnbsp;
