Do not go with this letting agency. I have had a damaged house for years. I've had a broken washing machine for 4 and a half years , a broken oven for 3 yrs , a broken hob for nearly 3 yrs , mould all over my bathroom ceilings and paint on the ceiling coming off for 3 yrs. One small heater to heat my house. I have been asking for years to get things fixed , but if they don't like you your in for a lot bullshit and not getting anything fixed and basically getting bullied to leave. I have kids and they don't care about the state of the house. They are now taking me to court because they don't like me and want to evict me. I've had to go to the environmental agency to come to my house to agree that they have neglected the house. They are nothing but bullies who promise to fix things and do things but never do if they don't like you. SO BEWARE! , You will never find any negative comments on there site because they delete them all .

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. However, we were instructed by the Landlord to start eviction proceedings and took instructions at all times from them. Eviction proceedings started due to breaches to the agreement and instructions we received by the Landlord. The ruling in court was in favour of the eviction. We do apologise for your experience.
