I viewed a property and placed an offer I was told if I slightly increased my offer I would be successful in the purchase. When I asked if the property was in a chain she would jump around the answer.i increased my offer and it was successful. I got the mortgage arranged at a cost and even after 6 weeks the vendor still hadn't forwarded any solicitors details when I enquired about this Karen was complaining about my appointed solicitors not replying to them I thought solicitors deal with solicitors not estate agents. I wanted to pull out of the deal but was assured that the deal would go through. Once again the estate agents complained about my solicitors. 8 weeks on and still no appointed solicitor the estate agent was trying to make me change my solicitor to one that they get commission from even though the vendor was not selling. This is what annoyed me no property is being sold but they want to make some pocket change in commission from the solicitors.
