My husband & i have been landlords & had been privately letting a 2 b/rm property. 6 months ago we handed our baton over to these guys.We have been so happy with the service, helpfull,friendly & very committed staff. It's give us a piece of mind. A special heart felt thanku to Joanne (wade) who have looked after us every step of the way, nothing is too much trouble. 100% total client satisfactory.

Mr Coleman left M Coleman Estate Agents in 2005 and has had no involvement In the running or the management of the business since this time. I am very sorry to hear your experience's were not good but assume these were many years ago. Dear Reviewer, I am sorry to learn of your comment and sorry to hear that you suffered on-going issues with mould. Regrettably mould is tenant responsibility normally caused by lack of ventilation and adequate heating. On your check in of the property, you would have been provided with a copy of the local authority guidelines to help minimise the volume of moisture within the atmosphere, ie by avoiding drying wet washing indoors and regularly opening windows.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
All complaints will initially be referred to the line Manager and where necessary to Joanne Wade, Managing Director. We have a complaint policy that will be followed and we will always endeavour to reach a satisfactory resolution. We sincerely hope we are able to resolve this promptly, however if you remain unsatisfied our redress scheme is The Property Ombudsman Scheme TPOS.
