I used Lawler & Co (Marple branch) to purchase our new family home and found Adele, Emily and Molly to be highly professional and proactive throughout the buying process.

Emily first showed us the property and was excellent ie, very professional, informative and keen to help us, whilst giving us time and space to have a proper look around, unlike some competitors with other properties, who didn't seem to be interested in the job/property or felt that they had to be our shadows, pointing out just the obvious, for example, that's the bathroom...!

We were chased by Lawler & Co as often as necessary and were kept up to date with developments throughout the buying process, which was far from straight forward, due to various issues with solicitors etc further down the chain. It was also nice to speak to the same people throughout, rather than being passed to a central administration team after the initial sale, as with other companies.

They all did more than I'd expect of an estate agency, to make sure that things moved along as quickly as possible, so I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Lawler & Co to friends, family etc and will certainly look to use them in the future, so thanks Adele, Emily and Molly for all of your help, much appreciated...
Comment on agent fees
Not applicable for my dealings, but after asking the question, the fees are certainly reasonable...
