Zero customer service. Staff are not knowledgeable about either the properties themselves or the legal aspects of tenancy agreements. Had to waste money on solicitors fees getting advice which I knew was the case anyway but the staff were too arrogant or ignorant to be told otherwise. All the staff would be better off getting bar jobs on Prince of Wales Road. In fact when I viewed a property the man that showed me round said drinking on Prince of Wales Road was his favourite weekend activity - very professional. Dealing with Haart was resulted in me suffering from anxiety and depression when a simple tenancy agreement should be one of the easiest transactions that they do. Have spoken to friends about my experience and many of them have also been shown round properties by what they could only describe as idiots although luckily for them none actually convinced them to get into an agreement with them. Have now moved out and am with a different agency who are still having to sort out lots of the problems Haart left me with.
