If you are letting from Knight Bishop beware!!!!
Take photos when you move because in my experience they will try to charge you for every single tiny thing.
Fair wear and tear no applicable it seems to Knight Bishop even after a TWO year tenancy.
They will also most likely charge you through the nose for the works and then reveal they keep all maintenance in house at very little cost to themselves, no doubt pocketing the difference.
I had the best part of a substantial deposit kept by Knight Bishop to pay for bogus and over inflated repairs.
You have been warned.
