I'm a rarity - a buyer in these troubled times!! I was VERY interested in viewing a property and all set up to buy with no chain and mortgage approved. Bored sounding RRK employee not remotedly interested in my enquiry to view a property. No one called me back with viewing time despite saying they would - I had to chase 5 times and still didn't get a viewing . Please note Roscoe, Rogers and Knight - I've spoken to a lot of EXCELLENT estate agents in your area.who take an interest in what you're looking for, are uber helpful and pleasant. POTENTIAL SELLERS - bear this in mind if you're thinking of putting your property on the market with them - it might be your house I want to view (and can't)!!....

Don't know how they are still in business, what a pathetic shower they are, cancelling viewings at half hour notice and not following up phonecall messages. Waste of everyones time, don't even bother....

This was a lettings viewing not a sales. The applicant was rang half an hour before the viewing to be informed a holding deposit had just been received so we can no longer go ahead with the viewing.
Whilst we understand this is always frustrating for prospective applicants looking to rent, we cannot carry out viewings once a holding deposit has been taken and always try to give as much notice as possible.
The applicant was personally rang to fully explain rather than just dropping an imperson ...

How is this agent still in business? Regulations should be brought in to give at least basic training and perhaps some people skills. This agent would be better spending it's time not dealing with the public; as either sellers or buyers, they couldn't care less....
