Do not touch this estate agents!
Appalling communication, and the buyers they have thus far introduced have been a person that has repeatedly withdrawn from sales at point of exchange of contracts, and a person that has directly harassed and intimidated me, the seller.
They refuse to accept any responsibility for the buyers they have introduced and state it is 'not their fault'.
I have lost a lot of money using these estate agents, due to how far I had proceeded with buying another property. Thankfully I am now out of contract and with a different estate agents.
Steer clear, you have been warned!
