These guys are a complete waste of time. Keep advertising properties with photos that they have taken 10 years ago. No point in viewing the photos before booking as you would be wasting your time. Giving it a one star seems to much to be very honest

I am disappointed that I have to pay fees on change of tenant. I do feel that my tenant is getting a very good deal and will be looking for an increase if the tenant renews next year.

I have given Martin & Co several opportunities to change my mind. There have now been too many instances of being let down (I can't remember a positive experience when having to deal with them).
