Hello Northwood and all the staff have been exceptional. Very quick response to any repairs and a special mention to Keith based at Hastings who has helped us through very difficult time relating to her health . Keith helped us greatly with our rent arrears and good to know that there are people out there still that will help . Thank you Keith .

Landlords beware don't use Northwood. Our property was returned Trashed, the Tenant was breeding dogs in the House!!! To cap it all Northwood reneged on a hand shake agreement made with Paul Ryder and hid behind legislation so they didn't have to honour deal....

Update: after several emails back and forward Mr. Paul Ryder director of Northwood ask me to contact Microsoft to find out with the email he claims it wasn't sent to which Microsoft confirmed me it was sent. I have informed Mr Paul of such and asked him to do the same as per his suggestion and contact Microsoft himself, but apparently that hasn't happened and he is now ignoring my emails.
