If you want to have the worst time of your tenant life - apply for John D Wood! This agency asked us for many illegal things and deals, trying to get as much money they can. They are protecting only Landlords and harass you any time they want something from you. I seriously suggest NOT to sign an agreement with them and not to use their servises.
I would say it would be fair if they would do their job correctly and professionaly, without helping landloard chasing for more money. Instead of solving problems they are creating problems.

Typical Estate Agents in all their glory. Very quick to demand money and not do the work.
