I am here to give my honest review about this agent here. I have ended my tenancy agreement end of August 2016. And the staff that have been helpful to me since the first day did mention to me that it will take up to three weeks for the return of my one month deposit to be deposited back into my account. I keep on waiting from the third week onwards and the reason they gave was they are chasing the cleaner because they have not gotten the invoice yet. I mean it took them so long to chase?? Then she said to me it will take 6 weeks in which I said yes if I were to count its already 6 weeks when I emailed her to remind her to ‘chase the cleaner' again. Then on 14 October 2016 (that's past 6 weeks), she emailed saying that the return have been processed into my international account. So yes I am relieved. For the moment I thought everything is settled. But no it doesn't stop there. The money haven't reached my account until I called on 28 October 2016 (two weeks later). I did in between emailed her asking what is the status but she kept on saying that its already processed when its not! And they don't even bother to tell me until on 28 october I personally called in because im getting sick and tired of chasing and being stressful over this matter (bear in mind its 800 pound not 8 pound), So a guy explained to me that they cannot proceed with international payment and he had to go to the branch itself to make payment which he also said that he will be doing it on 31 October or 1 November. So im grateful for the explanation (still I don't bother to be mad) but who doesn't when all they gave are just one excuse after another. One week had passed and my emails are not being answered, Im left with string unattached as to what happen with my cheque that he personally want to go down to the branch to make payment. I was a student for one year in the UK and to tell you honestly, we can do international payment via online and the next party will receive it the next day if transactions were made before 1500 hrs. If not, it will go through the next two working days. As for them it took them god knows how many months to do so! That's what pissed me off. That what sets me at saying are they playing me around and avoiding my emails and stuffs. It just horrific. And the friendliest person I know there suddenly turn sour but I am asking for my rights, my money, its worth so much its not like its 8 pound. The fact that I didn't complain so much about it being cut without my approval and the fact that I never delay any payment ever since I rent from them, the least they could do is serve me better by giving back the deposit in a timely manner. That's all I asked for nothing much, I am not being angry but who wouldn't if you are waiting for months and been given so many excuses. I hope they are not treating other people who finish their tenancy like me. But lastly, on 8 November I started to become restless because my emails were not being replied after I told the lady to just please pay to my UK account, and that also takes days for her to reply and for two days I don't receive any update until I email to the company itself instead of the lady, then Mandip reply by saying they just transfer. Dear lord, they are the most ridiculous company ever. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! I take back all my stars I put recently last year when I did the review here on 26 October 2015. If there were no stars option available, I would have given them none!
