I used Lawlers for the first time to sell my existing property and purchase a new property. I have moved home on four previous occasions but have never experienced the level of involvement that the Lawlers team provide in relation to the co-ordination of the vendor chain and regular updates. They provided me with valuable information from start to finish across the chain by liaising with other estate agents and solicitors as and when required. They also provide valuable information directly to solicitors involved in the chain to assist in a speedy conclusion and highlight any issues that could cause a delay in completing. I would highly recommend the services of Lawler & Co. Special thanks to Denise for her continued help and support during our particular protracted move, her help and advice was very much appreciated by myself and my wife.
