We were looking for a property to rent in a hurry when a previous let arrangement fell through and Sam immediately suggested a property he thought would suit us. We viewed it later that day and it was perfect. We spent many happy months there and on leaving, again it was smooth sailing, it felt like we were dealing with a friend. We would not hesitate to recommend Sam particularly and Bradleys St Ives as a whole as the other staff were also friendly and helpful whenever we called. We were delighted with the service.
