Definitely 100% would never ever recommended Blundells Chesterfield. Poor service, extremely rude staff & certainly the snotty one I had to deal with. They just made the experience of selling my house a very unpleasant one from start to finish. Plus if you want your keys handed over to your buyers before you've been paid your funds then that's what you'll get.
Comment on agent fees
Extortionate. Not explained and the marketing fee per month is a joke when I didn't didn't hear from Michele for over a month and still haven't.

This type of comment is just not true. In 25 years of buying and selling property I have never come across such a professional person as Michele.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Replace the existing team, manage all processes, have internal sign off and train all staff members in tenant and property law. Care about their landlords. Be responsible. Be professional.
