The whole team at St.Ives were excellent from the initial valuation all the way through to completion. They all remained positive and reassuring throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Bradleys to anyone looking to sell their property.
Comment on agent fees
I opted for the all inclusive package combining the estate agents and conveyancing fees. This helped me initially as I didn't have to find a solicitor and then worked well throughout the process as there was excellent communication between them both.
