I think we should agree to disagree and both aim to improve our communication skills. However, Your libelous commentary regards 'fakes' is taken extremely seriously and frankly is preposterous! You are correct to say that we have many very satisfied residents (hundreds in fact) that have been with us for years. It is common knowledge that one can do a thousand good things and not be recognized for them but one bad thing and all of a sudden it's head line news. I have contacted a few of our residents and I will continue to do so for them to tell us about their experience with Ace Relocations just to balance the argument a little - I think that is fair enough.

aside from the fact that the property was a new one for Ace Relocations and in a good location (as I stated in my review), nothing that Christopher Florence has stated is true in my opinion. It is correct that two of the original tenants are still living at the address (they are a couple), but another one who also lived there moved out as soon as was possible due to very similar circumstances to myself.

I do not believe that I was once rude or disruptive, unless you consider requesting numerous times that issues be addressed with my property that I am paying a lot of money to live in and then having to wait weeks for anything to happen before then being shouted at for doing so. I also find it laughable for him to accuse me of being anything other than professional during my tenancy considering the source from which it is coming from. Yes there is certainly a personal element to my review, but how could there not be when dealing with such circumstances. I think you only need to look at the other comments he has left for all other negative reviews to get a feel for what I am talking about.

I have no doubt that Ace Relocations have other tenants that have had a perfectly satisfactory time renting through them. Unfortunately I can only comment on my own personal experience and that of others who I know have also rented with them and unfortunately there are very few positive things that I can say. As stated before, I also strongly suspect that a lot of the 5 star reviews that have suddenly popped up on here in the last week are fakes.

Thanks for your feedback, hopefully we won't ever have such a disruptive and rude tenant like you again but if we do then I will try to deal with it in a different fashion.This was a new property that is in an amazing location on an exclusive gated development. It is always difficult to hit the ground running with a new/ untested property as explained to you at check in. This property benefits from an amazing owner that is only too happy to help and assist with maintenance issues that crop up but they can't always be fixed immediately. We feel that your comments are more personal than professional and completely unjustified as we fixed every issue that you reported and our staff went above and beyond to satisfy your demands but sadly it was not good enough for you. We have two residents that moved in when you did and they are delighted with our service and love the property (they have just renewed an extension for a further 6 months). They will also write a very positive reference that contravenes your sentiment - I really do feel that this is personal attack on myself as like I said, I have never met such an aggressive and disruptive tenant as yourself that just wants to make everyone's lives as difficult as possible.
