Having vacated a property two weeks ago, leaving it in an excellent, clean condition and in spite of the Landlord approving the return in full of the deposit I am still waiting to receive this. Kris Baker says it is out of his hands even though he has failed to pass on my bank details (I discovered this through all my chasing phone calls which surely he should have done). When you telephone head office you get a recorded message to say all their lines are busy. Nobody dares to break with 'procedure' to help out. The accounts department at head office were lovely and did everything they could agreeing I should not have had to do the running around that I had been forced to do. When I told them I need the money today the best they could do was to refer me to their complaints department. The girl on the complaints helpline was useless saying that all she could do was raise a complaint. As I pointed out, I cannot eat a complaint!
I would never use these agents again. They are a bunch of lazy layabouts who don't want to do anything to help the customer once the money is in the bank. Avoid at all costs.

I agree, but regarding the Basingstoke office......I turn up for a viewing and nobody was there to show me around. I put in an offer on a property and phoned them 3 days running and nobody even got back to me just kept saying we will ring you. Absolutely useless firm. I would not sell my home with them. Beware sellers.... ...
