Hamptons has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They do not advocate for tenants in any way, are extremely unresponsive, and let problems with the property linger - at times for months longer than it should if it was dealt with properly. I would never rent a property from Hamptons again.

Medium to bad experience as tenant. Onboarding went smoothly. Property management was spotty, sometimes adequate but as often difficult to track down and slow to respond.l especially if we had an issue. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
