Tom Davey was our sales progressor and was excellent. He was always courteous, friendly and professional, and we felt confident that he fully understood all the issues relating to the sale of our property. He kept us regularly updated on progress once the sale was agreed, and when, in the last few weeks, there were problems and delays caused by our buyers' solicitors, Tom intervened and contacted those solicitors directly, as well as mediated with our buyers - who had no idea, until Tom informed them, that their solicitors were dragging their feet. We felt Tom was always fully up-to-date with what was going on, and he always acted speedily and competently to ensure that everything remained on track. Selling your house is stressful, but Tom took away a lot of the stress because we always felt he was 'in it' with us. We've now exchanged contracts, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend emoov - and Tom - to anyone who wants to sell their house.
Comment on agent fees
emoov was much, much cheaper than any conventional agent - saving us around £5000. Excellent value for money.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
