Selling through Lakin and Co has been a breeze!
Molly has been absolutely amazing when liaising with us, the buyer, solicitors & the seller's agent too.
It only involved 3 parties, but it was harder than managing a chain of 8!
Regardless, Molly stayed calm, honest, realistic and positive throughout, whilst doing way more than she her role entailed. :)
