As a landlord, i selected Frost & co as i knew they were local and had a good reputation for residential sales, but boy did i make a mistake! sales = good, rentals = awful, the people occupying my property paid on time every month to Frost & Co, but i got wrong amounts after the commission being deducted, wasn't every paid on time - i had to ring nearly every month or go to the office to complain, and it took almost 2 months for my first payment to credit my account even though it was sat in frost & co's account collecting interest.
