I have my house up for sale, it
was suggested if would like to rent the property I said yes, so paperwork was done on renting the property I did inform the agent that I would like it on a 6 monthly basis, they got lots of interest on the property and kept me informed, then one potential tenant wanted a yearly contract, when I informed the agent that I would only rent on 6 monthly intervals she replied we will have to charge you every six months, said I was not informed of this when talking to the agent, with a nasty attitude she said WELL ITS IN YOUR CONTRACT, since the they have not kept spoken to me or kept me informed of my property,
