We are a couple renting out a 2bed flat in Strata building. At first, we found it strange that they asked for the holding deposit before passing the offer on to the landlord. However, it was only to show our commitment to the landlord, and there was nothing for us to worry about because GHE will refund the monies almost immediately if the offer is rejected.
Lilly had been tremendously helpful and understanding to arrange 3 viewings with us in total (as we were trying to find a suitable flatmate), and we are grateful for that.
After the offer was accepted, we were passed onto Andy who took care of the paperwork. The whole process from the beginning had been straightforward with clear instructions at every step. They made it very convenient with electronic documents and electronic signatures without the hassle of your physical appearance, so contracts can be signed even if you are abroad.
After living in the new flat for almost a month, we still feel very much attended, which is something rarely happens with other agents as soon as the contract is signed. Communications by telephones and emails with GHE have always been efficient and straightforward with clear answers.
I had some really bad experience in the past dealing with both big and small estate agents as a tenant, and I truly think the people at GHE are very much different from those- who only care about the figures and monies. Agents at GHE not only provide an excellent service but they genuinely do care about tenants and treat them with fairness.
This is an outlier of all agents in London, and it was a pleasure doing business with GHE. We do sincerely hope you can keep up the high standard for future customers.
