Used Northwood to sell my house quickly from start to finish. Elliott, our agent has provided a service that has gone above and beyond what expected, right from the first time he walked into our house to value.

Everything was done super quickly, and any problems ironed out with ease.

Special thanks to Elliott for keeping an eye on the dog whilst prospective buyers viewed the property- without this we would only be able to have viewings in the evening and saturdays so i think this contributed to a quick sale- we were getting viewings 2 - 3 a week at one point and this was down to the staff in the office doing the most they could to advertise the property.

Also special thanks for all the work Elliott has done chasing up our solicitors, and our estate agents where we were buying our new property - we have arranged a wedding and a honeymoon in the same period, so without that additional support (which was not asked for by us by the way!) we would not have managed so well.

We are now a week away from completing and moving, so we thank all at Northwood for the service provided and could not ask for anything additional to what they have already done.
