Myself and my partner have rented a property through starkey and brown, the two people that dealt with us mainly (Vicky and Amy) were brilliant and very helpful, could not fault them, we went through a lot to try and get the property we now live in and if it wasn't for them we would not be living where we are now!!!! Everyone else that we spoke to were very helpful as well!!!!! 100% recommend!!!!
Comment on agent fees
The fees we got charged were reasonable and compared to other agents that we have spoken to in the past starkey and brown were definitely cheaper!!

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
