We may have been lucky, in that the second viewing resulted in an offer and subsequent negotiations arrived at an acceptable offer only ten days after going live.
But to get lucky your chances are much improved by efficient procedures well executed and Bradleys certainly performed in all aspects. We were particularly impressed with the brochure. (We didn't have the video presentation because the presenter was recuperating after illness) the photographer spent around four hours just on site and the photographs were exceptionally good,
We would not hesitate to recommend Bradleys,
