My wife and I have enjoyed the services of Starkey and Brown generally over the past 3 years through first of all buying our properties through them and then letting the same. In the letting process there are always inherent problems affecting the property and the tenants. We are totally comforted by the genuine and caring attitude of the staff in the Lettings Department as a whole. However, it is right and proper to give special thanks to the ladies who have gone out of their way to give us peace of mind right from the start. Amy Tollerton is a perfect example of someone you can trust to do the right thing speedily and efficiently and we are most grateful to her. Vicky Mapletoft has always extended a cheerful and polite attitude to all our woes and although sometimes having to attend to our needs outside her normal remit, has done so to our total satisfaction. It would be wrong to write any review without mentioning Billie Boyd who, despite her illness, also presented a cheerful, caring and efficient attitude to our needs. Thank you all so much ladies for all that you do and have done for us.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
