Disgusting, unhelpful and rude!
We lived in our property for 3 years in which no problems mentioned to them were sorted out, including mold in the downstairs toilet which was raised as a health issue by the NHS due to having a young baby in the house. We got told to 'use bleach' and 'open a window'
Upon leaving the property following an inspection a week before which raised no issues we received a bill for £900 - £300 over our bond for cleaning the property which apparently was left in a unclean and unsanitary state, which as you can imagine with a young baby in the house I was deeply offended by! We were also charged for a new carpet in the hallway due to 'damages' despite it not being in good condition when we moved in, but as this was not mentioned on the orginal inventory we had to pay and also for a landscaper to come and sort out the garden, we have since driven past the property and it most certainly hasn't seen a lawnmower let alone a landscaper!
Never again will we let with Flemings or recommend them. DISGRACEFUL.

I had the same problem so many problems with the house we where in we wish we had taken them to court as we had a fire, broken tiles which resulted in feet being cut, no boiler for nearly a year just a joke the don't care for tenants Avoid! ...
