From start to finish we were highly impressed with Village Estates. We invited several local estate agents to complete valuations of our property and chose Village Estates because of Charlie's charisma and demeanour. He gave us every confidence that he knew exactly what he was talking about and provided us with a fair and realistic valuation of our property. He was very thorough in every aspect of his role and got the property on the market quickly. Viewings were set up conveniently for both parties and it was less than a week until we had accepted an offer. This was down to taking on board the advice Charlie had to give about pricing but also to the excellent advert that they created of our property. The photographs were top quality. When our initial buyer unfortunately pulled out the whole Village Estates team were excellent and we had a buyer again within 7 days. They made us feel reassured at every step. Later in the process, Liz took over and we could not have been more impressed with the service she provided. This lady went above and beyond to ensure our sale went through. Correspondence was fast, efficient and effective. I highly commend Village Estates on the great job they did for us, with special thanks to Liz and Charlie.
Comment on agent fees
Village Estates offered us a fixed fee which ended up being less that 1%. No other estate agent in south east London could offer us that deal.
