Mayhews have been excellent from beginning to end. We had a troubled process (as many do). There were complications with Land Registry and our initial buyers pulling out.

Our first potential buyers offered on the first day of our property going on the market, we kept to the plan of an open day and 12 couples attended. We accepted an offer after this open day. Then eight weeks into our sale our buyers pulled out. Mayhews immediately got back to the job in hand. Within 3 weeks we had another 30+ viewings and 3 offers to choose from. Our house sale quickly got back on track and I am pleased to say that we have now exchanged and looking forward to our completion date.

This review only gives you the option of selecting two people, however, Mayhews work as a team and they all pull together. Particular thanks to Alex, Katie and Daniel. They have always been at the end of the phone and are a very professional outfit.

Thank you to all, you have made our dreams come true and without your help - this would not have been possible. This is a fantastic firm and the only one I would ever use and recommend.

Standard fees with the exception of it includes everything. no sale no fee. so you know at the beginning what your paying for. It makes life easier when you are planning and budgeting.
